  • Change — Date/time change up to 24 hours before your session.
  • Late arrival — Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrival shortens the service (end time not extended); only a single service (hair or makeup) may be provided.
  • Arriving 30+ minutes late is treated as a no-show. Please arrive 5 minutes early to avoid any inconvenience.
